PulseChain Tokens
The major tokens of PulseChain and the HEX ecosystem — what each one is, and where to find its official source.
⚠ Scam tokens copy real names and logos. A token bought or approved at the wrong contract address is not the real token, and the money spent on it is usually gone. Each project's official site or docs publishes its contract address, and a PulseChain block explorer shows what sits at that address. This page links to official sites but intentionally does not list contract addresses — verify those yourself.

PulseChain PLS
Native Coin · Gas
The native coin of PulseChain — used to pay gas (transaction) fees, much like ETH on Ethereum. Everything on PulseChain, including HEX and Actuator, runs on PLS for its fees.
PulseX PLSX
DEX Token
The token of PulseX, PulseChain's main decentralized exchange (DEX). PulseX is where HEX, HTTs, and most PulseChain tokens are traded and where liquidity is provided.
HEX HEX
Stakeable · The Underlying Asset
A blockchain “certificate of deposit” — you stake HEX for a chosen length to earn interest paid in more HEX. You will hear PulseChain's HEX called pHEX, but it is simply HEX — the original on Ethereum is the one that takes a prefix (eHEX). Actuator is built directly on top of HEX stakes.
Incentive INC
PulseX Farming Reward
The liquidity-mining reward token of PulseX. Providing liquidity on PulseX can earn INC, which encourages deeper markets across the whole ecosystem.
Actuator ACTR
This Site’s Subject
The protocol this site is about. Create a HEX stake as an HSI (an existing native stake cannot be converted), mint tradable HEX Time Tokens (HTTs) against it for liquidity today, and farm ACTR by providing liquidity for HTT pairs.
HEX Time Token 7000 HTT-7000
Actuator Bond · Redeems on HEX day 7000
A HEX Time Token redeemable 1:1 for HEX from 00:00 UTC on January 31, 2039 (7:00 PM Eastern on January 30), the day this site's counter shows as 6999 and the Actuator app shows as 7000. It is typically the highest-liquidity HTT/HEX pair. Bought below 1 HEX and held to maturity, it redeems for 1 HEX; the discount is the yield, in HEX.
HEX Time Token 6000 HTT-6000
Actuator Bond · Redeems on HEX day 6000
A HEX Time Token redeemable 1:1 for HEX from 00:00 UTC on May 6, 2036 (8:00 PM Eastern on May 5), the day this site's counter shows as 5999 and the Actuator app shows as 6000. It trades at a discount to HEX set by trading in its own pool — not always in maturity order — and is fungible with every other HTT-6000.
HEX Time Token 5000 HTT-5000
Actuator Bond · Redeems on HEX day 5000
A HEX Time Token redeemable 1:1 for HEX from 00:00 UTC on August 10, 2033 (8:00 PM Eastern on August 9), the day this site's counter shows as 4999 and the Actuator app shows as 5000. It trades at a discount to HEX set by trading in its own pool — not always in maturity order — and is fungible with every other HTT-5000.
HEX Time Token 4000 HTT-4000
Actuator Bond · Redeems on HEX day 4000
A HEX Time Token redeemable 1:1 for HEX from 00:00 UTC on November 14, 2030 (7:00 PM Eastern on November 13), the day this site's counter shows as 3999 and the Actuator app shows as 4000. It trades at a discount to HEX set by trading in its own pool — not always in maturity order — and is fungible with every other HTT-4000.
HEX Time Token 3000 HTT-3000
Actuator Bond · Redeems on HEX day 3000
A HEX Time Token redeemable 1:1 for HEX from 00:00 UTC on February 18, 2028 (7:00 PM Eastern on February 17), the day this site's counter shows as 2999 and the Actuator app shows as 3000 — the nearest-dated of the round-number maturities shown here. It trades close to par as its maturity approaches, and is fungible with every other HTT-3000.
Hedron HDRN
Mints Against HEX Stakes
A protocol that lets you mint HDRN tokens against your HEX stakes and create new HEX stakes as portable HSIs (HEX Stake Instances) — an existing native stake cannot be converted. Actuator uses Hedron's HSIs as its core building block.
Icosa ICSA
Stake HDRN & ICSA
A protocol where you stake HDRN to earn ICSA, or stake ICSA to earn HDRN and ICSA, adding another yield layer on top of the HEX ecosystem.
Communis COM
HEX Staker Loyalty Rewards
A reward token minted mainly by HEX stakers for good staking behavior — staking long and serving stakes to term (anyone may also mint a 1% bonus by running Good Accounting on someone else's overdue stake, and every Start and End mint adds 1% more for the referrer named, or for the contract's creator when none is named). The contract never wraps or holds your stake — its one write into HEX is that public Good Accounting call on a stake 38 or more days overdue — and it has no admin keys. Its mechanics are genuinely intricate; the full guide below walks them with worked examples.

The Communis Guide
The loyalty program written into an immutable contract — fully explained, with worked examples
Mechanics verified against communis.app and the verified contract; audit listed at CertiK Skynet (Jan 2023). Example numbers are illustrative round figures for teaching, not quotes. Educational, not financial advice.
What It Actually Is
Communis (COM) is a bolt-on loyalty contract for HEX staking, deployed in January 2023 by a developer known only as Codeak — a fictional name for an unknown developer. It never wraps or holds a stake: the contract reads the HEX ledger — its one write is HEX's public Good Accounting call on stakes 38 or more days overdue (below) — and lets the stake's owner mint COM for the behaviors HEX's own design rewards — staking long and serving the commitment to term. There are no admin keys, no pause switch, and no Origin Address; it lives identically on Ethereum and PulseChain as a dual-chain token.
The One Formula Everything Hangs On
Every stake has a maximum COM payout: maxPayout = recalculated shares × staked days ÷ 5,555. "Recalculated" is the interesting word: Communis re-derives the stake's shares without HEX's 3,640-day cap on the Longer-Pays-Better bonus — so stakes longer than about ten years earn more shares in COM-math than HEX itself granted them. Eligibility floors: the stake must be active (from the HEX day after it was started), must carry at least 10,000 shares, and must run at least 180 days for the Start Bonus and 365 days for the End Bonus. Everything below — every bonus — is just a different way of claiming slices of this one number.
A stake's full lifecycle (worked example)
Meet Bart Simpson — our obviously fictional example staker. He stakes 50,000 HEX for 5,555 days — the maximum length, so his numbers come out clean. Say his stake's maxPayout works out to 1,000,000 COM (illustrative).
Day 1 — Start Bonus. He may mint up to 25% of maxPayout immediately (the percentage scales with stake length from 5% at 180 days to 25% at 5,555). He claims promptly and receives 250,000 COM. Claiming promptly matters — see the delay penalty below.
Day 5,555 — End Bonus. Having served the full term, he mints the remainder up to exactly 100%: 750,000 COM, received in full. It must be minted before he ends the stake, inside the 37-day window (below).
The books afterward. Half of that End Bonus — 375,000 COM — is recorded as his "End Bonus Debt." Nothing is taken from him; what the debt does is explained next, because it is the single most misunderstood thing in Communis.
The Debt System — a Gate, Not a Bill
End Bonus Debt confiscates nothing, liquidates nothing, and never comes due. It is purely a gate on two privileges. First: minting any future End Bonus (on another stake) requires holding staked COM ≥ your accumulated debt at that moment — and the mint transaction itself can stake part of what it mints to clear the bar in one step. Second: the 5%-per-year staking yield (paid 1.25% every 91 days) can only be claimed while your staked COM covers your debt (91-day periods that pass while under the bar are paid at the next covered claim, on the staked amount held at that claim) — and, a genuine quirk, only while your debt is greater than zero: the yield is a loyalty stream for people who have minted End Bonuses and kept the matching COM staked.
Bart's three roads from 375,000 debt:
• Walk away — sell everything, never interact again: the debt sits inert forever. No penalty arrives.
• Stay below the bar — keep less than 375,000 staked: the yield stream cannot be claimed, and his next End Bonus can be minted only if his staked COM, counting any part of that same mint he stakes, reaches the bar. Staked COM grows only from part of a Start or End Bonus mint; COM held in a wallet cannot be staked.
• Cover it — stake ≥ 375,000 COM out of a Start or End Bonus mint: his next stake's End Bonus is mintable and his staked COM earns the 91-day yield.
The 37-day window — the one deadline that bites
The End Bonus is claimable from the stake's due day through 37 days after it, and always before ending the stake. Miss the window and that stake's End Bonus is gone forever — and from day 38 anyone may claim a Good Accounting Bonus of 1% of your maxPayout on your overdue stake (Communis calls HEX's own Good Accounting for you). Note there are two separate lateness clocks: HEX's own late penalty starts taking 1/700 of the stake's principal plus payout per day after its 14-day grace period, entirely independent of the COM window. A calendar reminder at the due day handles both.
Claiming the Start Bonus late — what it really costs
Wait to mint the Start Bonus and it shrinks by the ratio of your stake's original share rate to the current global share rate (which only rises) — wait long enough at, say, a doubled share rate and only half the Start Bonus remains. The nuance: since the End Bonus tops you up to exactly 100% of maxPayout, a shrunken Start Bonus on a 365+-day stake served to term merely shifts value to the end — but on a 180–364-day stake, which has no End Bonus, the shrinkage is a permanent loss.
The Restake Bonus — doubling the next Start
Prove you are a repeat long-term staker and your next Start Bonus doubles (up to 50% of maxPayout). The conditions are strict and all enforced by code: you must have minted at least one End Bonus; the new stake must run 365+ days, start after your last end-bonus day, be strictly longer than the longest stake you have end-bonused (exactly-5,555-day stakes are exempt from "strictly longer" — there is nothing longer), and carry shares between 1× and 2× your cumulative end-bonused shares. Minting it resets the ledger for the next round.
Non-claimers, the referral line, and where the supply comes from
Nothing lands automatically: a staker who never claims simply never mints, and their COM never exists — rarity accrues to those who show up. One honest footnote to the fair-distribution story: every Start and End mint adds +1% for a referrer — paid to whoever referred you, to you if you self-refer, and to the creator's hardcoded address if nobody does. Self-referring is trivially easy and the app supports it; leaving the field empty is the only way the developer earns from your mint.
The dilution math, plainly. Supply is unbounded by design: every active HEX stake on either chain is latent COM, forever. The 5% staking yield is pure emission — paid in more COM, not from revenue. Concentration is real (an audit-time snapshot put roughly 30% with the top ten holders) and trading volume is thin on both chains, so the mechanics guarantee the minting, never the price. That distinction is the whole investment story in one sentence.
Answered and Open Questions
The one that matters most on this site — answered: HSI-wrapped stakes cannot mint COM — verified in the contract source (July 2026). The Start and End Bonus functions read the caller's own HEX stake list (memoryStake(msg.sender, …)), and an HSI's stake is owned by the HSI contract — an Actuator-delegated stake by the protocol — and neither contains code to call Communis. So wrapping or delegating a stake forfeits its Communis bonuses: a real, rarely-mentioned cost of delegation to any wrapper, Actuator included. One asymmetry survives: the Good Accounting Bonus takes an explicit owner parameter, so anyone may still harvest the 1% bonus on an overdue wrapped stake.
On the audit's strength side: CertiK also reports formal verification of Communis.sol — 43 of 43 properties passed — a stronger machine-checked result than the findings count alone suggests (read from CertiK Skynet, 2026-08-10).
Also open: the status of the audit's four minor findings (one listed unresolved); whether the developer remains active; there is no bug bounty; and the Ethereum and PulseChain deployments trade at independently drifting prices.
